At Melanie Miles Design, we take pride in handcrafting each item with care and attention to detail ensuring it is top-notch when it reaches you. While we strive for consistency, the unique handmade nature of our products may result in slight variations from the images displayed. If you have any concerns, just drop us a line. We happily refund or exchange defective items.
Refund Eligibility:
- Faulty or Defective Items: We happily refund the full amount, including shipping, for any faulty or defective items.
- Change of Mind: We don’t generally offer returns or refunds for a change of mind.
Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable.
Process for Refunds:
- Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us with clear photos and details within 7 day of receiving your order. We will review the provided information, once the fualt or defect is cconfirmed we will initiate the refund process.
- Change of Mind: We understand preferences can change. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t usually accept returns for a change of mind.
