DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

As per Australian Law, I offer refunds if your product is defective or has a major fault in it, which can not be reasonably fixed (not for change of mind).

Every single leather piece is handmade and quite stunning if I do say myself. There will be small differences in pattern placement, stitching and thread colour, and slight variations, as each item is individual and not mass produced.  Where there is fault in your product, I will either fix it for you, or provide an exchange or credit for a new item, or where appropriate, a refund.

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM, ONE OF A KIND OR LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS?

Well I’m glad you asked! Yes I do. If you have fallen in love with one of my patterns that is not yet available on my products and would like to see it on a clutch or purse please email and we can make arrangements to have something custom made.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS LOST?

I am unable to take responsibility for parcels lost by Australia Post. If your parcel is lost, I will do my best to help you lodge an enquiry to locate the parcel.
